CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 35% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment or if you are a no-show and do not text/ DM with updates. My grace period is 15 minutes, if you are still not here I will have to cancel the appointment and charge my no-show/ late/ last minute cancellation fee.
